These terms govern your use of Finakets. Using this site means you accept them. If you do not, stop using it. "We", "us" and "our" mean Finakets throughout.

02What we provide

Access to educational and methodological content, tools and materials, as they exist at the time. We add things, change things and remove things. Nothing here is guaranteed to stay available.

03No advice

The disclaimer and the risk notice form part of these terms.

04Authorisation

Finakets is not authorised or regulated by any financial services regulator, in any country, and does not need to be. Authorisation is what you need in order to advise on particular investments. Finakets never does: it teaches method and never tells you what to hold, which is why this is the correct answer for what this is rather than a gap in it.

05Accuracy

We take care with what we publish and we correct what we get wrong. We do not warrant that content is complete, current or free of error, and we do not warrant that any method described here will work for you. The site is provided as it is.

06What you may do with the content

Read it, use it for your own decisions, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything beyond that is in the intellectual property notice.

07What you may not do

Scrape the site or extract its content in bulk by automated means. Use the content to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine learning model. Republish substantial parts of it, whether or not you charge for it. Resell or sublicense access. Present our material as your own. Interfere with the site, or try to reach parts of it not made available to you.

Reading a page, including with an assistant you have asked to read it for you, is not caught by any of this.

We link to other people's material because it is useful. We do not control it and we are not responsible for it.

09Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

10Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken. You may stop using the site whenever you like.

11Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top moves when we do. A change that affects anyone who has paid us is told to them directly, not published quietly.
